SHiNE HQ is located in Eagle, ID and serves as home-base for SHiNE Dance Fitness operations. The SHiNE HQ studio is where all SHiNE Online classes are recorded, choreography tutorials are filmed, and weekly SHiNE classes take place! Stop by to dance with us if you’re passing through town or join us on a regular basis if you’re a local! Drop-ins are always welcome.  Note: Pricing and class schedule information provided on this page is for live classes at SHiNE HQ. Details will vary for other locations.

Prior to purchasing a class pass for SHiNE HQ, you will need to register below. Once registered, you may purchase your class pass and sign up online for classes you plan to attend. First-time attendees can purchase a discounted first class below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the classes like?

Classes are usually one hour. Each class has a unique playlist that builds on routines from prior weeks to provide consistency. SHiNE’s original choreography is founded in jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Each routine is put to hit music with moves designed to leave you feeling confident, capable, and strong.SHiNE is an accessible workout that can be modified to accommodate varying fitness levels.

What is the Private Facebook Group used for?

The private SHiNE HQ Facebook group is for local SHiNE HQ students to share, stay connected, and get updates on happenings in the studio. After purchasing your class pass, request to join SHiNE HQ on Facebook!

Do you offer Groupons or Living Social discounts?

We typically offer these discounts once or twice a year. However, they are typically limited to new students. For the best deal, purchase a monthly unlimited VIP Pass!

Do the punch cards expire?

Yes. Class passes are valid for up to 12-months after the purchase date.

Do I need to be a good dancer or 'in shape' to do this class?

Absolutely not! Our class participants come in all shapes, sizes, and ages. We encourage everyone to come as you are. There are no expectations or comparisons. Everyone is here to encourage and get stronger together.

What should I wear to class?

There is no required outfit. Be comfortable, but wear something that is light and moves freely. You can expect to sweat! A supportive, clean pair of athletic shoes are recommended.

Why are some SHiNE HQ Classes recorded?

SHiNE HQ is where all of our online streamed classes originate. We record about 20% of our classes for SHiNE Online members. These classes are not available to anyone other than fellow students with active memberships. Online members are really just focused on the instructor and not the other students, the same as you! Occasionally, snippets from a recorded class may be shared on our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. We also record routines for our YouTube channel. These are done separately from normal classes and only include those wanting to participate.
